Sport picks Brooklyn fined $25, 000 after resting eight players against Indiana

The Nets have been fined $25, 000 by the NBA for failing to follow league according basketball predictions rules governing injury reporting.


The fine comes after Brooklyn rested star players Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving and a group of main rotation players on December 10, when the team was in their second game in two days.


Eight basketball players rested at Brooklyn in a meeting with Indiana, including Ben Simmons, Nick Claxton, Seth Curry, Royce O`Neal, Joe Harris and TJ Warren.


The Nets managed a 136-133 win that night.
