Mueller`s next rival will be Benoit Pere (France) who eliminates Leonardo Mayer (Argentina) with 6:2, 3:6, 6:1 in 73 minutes.  The driver in the scheme, Albert Ramos-Vinholas (Spain), was eliminated in the second round.  The Spaniard gave way to Paolo Lorenzi (Italy) with 3:6, 5:7 at 2:03.  Two more of the players left the tournament.  Number 3 Diego Schwarzman (Argentina) lost to Feliciano Lopez (Spain) 3:6, 6:7 (1) and number 7 Damir Gumour (Bosnia and Herzegovina) dropped 2:6, 0:3 against Alex DeMino (Australia).  Adrian Manarino (France) defeated Ricardas Berankis (Lithuania) with 6:2, 6:1 in 48 minutes, while Fabio Foniini (Italy) eliminated Alexander Dolpopolov (Ukraine) 3:6, 6:3, 6:4.
