The average annual salary of a US and Canadian Premier League (MLB) has dropped for the first time since 2004, and only for the fourth time since its growth began to be tracked more than half a century ago. According to official data from the MLBPA in 2018, the average wage dropped by $ 1436;from $ 4, 097, 122 last year to $ 4, 095, 686 this year.
